Flowers Blooming
Yesterday when I in Ruston I passed a house and noticed that there was a flowering quince blooming in the yard. If the weather continues to be fairly warm then we should have redbud popping out in another week. I certainly hope so for I really am missing all the gorgeous flowers that start blooming in early spring and different ones that are still blooming into the late autumn. Actually there is something blooming nearly all year. In the winter there are the camellias but this year I have not seen any. It has been colder here this winter than normal. I must remember when all the peach trees are in bloom in Ruston to drive up and drive to the orchards to view the beauty of the peach trees. They are absolutely gorgeous from a short distance, clouds of pink and white.
