Not A Great Day
When I got out of bed this morning I could hardly move for the pain in my back. Yesterday I moved some large plastic containers filled with fabric and I think that is what gave me the hurting back. I did not pick them up but just pushed and pulled some from one area to another but guess I did not move correctly. I certainly hope that it is because of the box moving and not arthritis. Have arthritis in most all my joints except my toes and elbows. At least the tendonitis in my right ankle seems to be getting better. Wish I had a hot tub to sit in for a while. Oh well I will just go to bed early and keep the electric blanket on high to keep my back nice and warm.
