Fabrics Have Been Moved
Talked with Scott earlier tonight and he is going to be home tomorrow night. I was not expecting him until Wednesday night so that gives me one less day to get things done. Oh well, he will not care and if the truth be known, I don’t care either. All this moving and sorting has my knees, neck, shoulders, and back hurting all the time. I have four large trash bags filled with fabric that I am taking to the drop box for a Teen Challenge Thrift Store. I finally have an outlet for yards and yards of fabric that is in colors that I do not like and even though the quilts are not for me I do not like working with certain colors.
I told Scott that since he has worked so hard to lose fifty pounds that I was not going to make a bunch of goodies as I usually do. I asked him if there was something that he would like to have and he requested a sweet potato pie. That suits me fine for I love sweet potato pie. So glad he did not ask for pumpkin.
Have a little more sorting to do and then all my fabric will be in opaque containers and I will not have to worry about fading from the light coming in the eight windows in the studio. I must get to bed at a decent hour tonight for want to hit the grocery store tomorrow morning and then finish up the house cleaning.
