Another Tiring Day
Only one day left to work this week and I am not sure that I will be finished clearing my studio of all the clutter that has accumulated over the years. How can one single person collect so much stuff that ends up just being clutter? The problem will eventually be solved for I have stopped collecting anything and am diligently working to get rid of anything that is not absolutely needed. I have about decided that I may have to try to sell some of my fabric or donate it to others who make quilts for charity.
I do still collect things on the computer but there everything is stored on the hard drive and is out of sight. Granted my computer needs to be cleared of clutter also but at least I cannot see it and do not have to dust it. And I really don’t mind cleaning up the computer for I can sit and not get tired doing it. I have two quotations that reflect exactly the way I feel about all the ‘stuff’ I have in my home.
If you don’t need it, it is a burden.
Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful, or joyful.
