Cloudy, Rainy Monday
Fall weather has definitely arrived, not sure if it is here to stay. Last night I turned the air conditioner off since it was in the mid fifties outside. Today as I was feeling the pain in my knees more keenly because of the rainy weather I had an idea come into my head. I wondered if constant pain can cause one to be tired all the time. Tonight at Bible study I asked one of the ladies who is a nurse if that statement was true. She said yes that pain could cause tiredness. When I got home I did a search with Google and got many hits that also said…” fatigue is a common complaint of people with arthritis.” Now I know but knowing does not make it any easier to deal with but at least I know why I am so tired all the time. Lack of sleep is another cause and my aching knees keep me awake for quite a while nearly every night. And with that depressing news I am off to bed for need to be up early tomorrow morning for Bible study.
