No Octi-Hoops For Me
I will not be buying the Octi-Hoops for a set of three is $125.00 That is a little too steep for my budget. I will just have to do my free motion embroidery/quilting the old fashioned way–guiding with my two hands. I will not be surprised if very similar things start popping up on the Internet and in quilting stores before too long. The developer has applied for the patent but others can come up with similar things and get them on the market. And maybe the price will come down, however, I am not counting on that happening. I have been sitting here thinking about what the hoops do and I think I could come up with something that would do the same thing but would not be hoops. One of these days when I get around to doing some free motion quilting then I will see what I can come up with.
