Sleepy Sunday
After taking the sleeping pill last night I did fall asleep fairly quickly. Took more than thirty minutes before I fell asleep but I then I slept soundly. In fact when I got home from church a few minutes after twelve, I went straight to my bedroom and lay down on the bed and fell asleep until a little after two. I woke up and my first thought was that I would never be able to get ready for church on time. Then I remembered that I was talking a nap AFTER church. I think it takes more than twelve hours for the effects of the pill to wear off. I definitely had a restful Sunday.
