I Am Envious
Brian bought a new computer and the UPS man delivered two large boxes today just before he got home from work. Actually he bought all the parts and is now in the computer room putting it all together. I am envious for I would love to have a new computer even though mine is working fine. What I would like most is a flat screen monitor and then I would be able to get rid of this big, heavy, clunky one. But as long as everything is working fine I will stick with what I have. Besides I don’t have any money to be buying a new computer. He has already told me that I can use his DVD burner if and when I want to save anything to a DVD. One day I hope to have all my pictures burned to DVDs and then will give each son a copy. Much neater and takes up less room that several photo albums.
I arranged all the squares for the baby quilt and when Brian came home I had him look at it and tell me what he thought of the arrangement. His comment was that it was a little busy. I am not surprised that he said that for he is very conservative in his clothing. I was going to take a picture and look at that to see how I liked the way it was put together but could not get the whole thing in one shot so I just forgot about the picture. I left it on the table and would look at it every so often and decided that it was as good as it was going to get. Besides the baby will like it and that is what matters.
