I Cooked Today
I actually did something today that I have not done in ages. I COOKED. I made breakfast pizza that I eat as much for lunch or supper as I do for breakfast. With all the stuff on the pizza it is a complete meal. I also made a peach cobbler. Brian told me that he would eat the pizza but I could have the entire cobbler. Years go when I would drive Brian up to Massachusetts for college, we would visit with Linda and Greg on the way up. She would always have breakfast pizza made for us for she knew how much the two of us liked the dish. In fact it is her recipe that I use. Christy does not like the pizza, so I made it this weekend since she has gone to her parents.
Scott said that they had a great day at Angkor Wat yesterday. They were going to a Khmer church Sunday morning and then to the Russian market in the afternoon. When I first read his post I thought they went to church on Saturday and then I remembered that they are about a day ahead of us time wise. Wonder if he will bring his old Mom a souvenir from Cambodia. Last time he went he brought me two gorgeous pieces of silk and a silk scarf.
