Finally Did It

Today I decided that it was time to cancel my membership at Curves.  I cannot remember the last time I went, it might have even been before Christmas, 2008.  Unfortunately it takes thirty days to go through so will have to pay the August fee but then I will be free of it.  I have exercise equipment here at home and since I paid good money for it, I should use it so I am going to start working out at home.  Brian and Christy have been working out at night some for the past few weeks.  Right now my Gazelle is in storage but going to have Brian get it for me this weekend.

Brian left about an hour ago to take Christy to her sister’s home to spend some time.  Tomorrow is her dad’s birthday so she wanted to be there for that.  Just before he left, Brian was telling me some things that he planned to do when he gets home from work tomorrow.  I will just add getting my Gazelle to his list.  During the summer he gets off work at noon on Friday.

Today the group in Cambodia split into two groups and really covered a lot of ground.  One was working in the water filter factory, packaging soap, and playing with kids in the school.  The other group was testing wells for arsenic and looking for families that were willing to have Bible stories told in their homes.

Forgot to mention yesterday that the photo of the crepe myrtle was made with my new phone.  My old phone took pictures but they were not all that good.  The new phone seems to make a rather good quality photo.
