Ultrasound And Photographs
This afternoon I had an ultrasound on my legs to see if they can find out what is causing the very painful cramps in my thighs. I thought it was the cholesterol medicine since one of the side effects is muscle cramps but after blood work to check the enzymes in my muscles, the doctor said that was not the problem. So on to ultrasound. I got to the appointment thirty minutes early and was very surprised when the lady called my name in about two minutes after I sat down to wait. The procedure took about forty-five minutes and I was on my way home just fifteen minutes after my appointment was scheduled. Not that kind of appointment I like. I am not a good waiter but I do get lots of reading done while I am waiting.
When I was getting in my car at the clinic I noticed the inspection sticker on my car was 03/09 and after saying that to myself a couple of times, it finally dawned on me that it is not the third month of the year. So I just drove on down to Jonesboro to have the inspection done but the lady who does inspections was not there so I will have to go back one day next week.
There is a row of trees between two houses on the way to church that is almost completely covered by wisteria and I have wanted to get a photo of the flowers for ages. I stopped by today and knocked on the door to see if the owners minded if I took a picture but no one was home so I just took the pictures.
Had dinner tonight with Ashley and the new baby. Big brother was at Karate with his dad who is the owner of the Karate school. Since it was raining and tornadoes were predicted, we just picked up the food and brought it home to eat. I was telling Ashley about my picture taking and found out that one of Scott’s high school classmates lives in the house with all the wisteria.

This is the view that one sees to the left while driving by the house. In person it seems to be much larger. I would estimate that there are about thirty feet of blooms.

This is the end of the row and as you can see there are blooms at the very top of the tree. I am surprised that the entire tree is not covered. Probably will be in a few years.

It was just Wednesday night that I realized that the other side of the trees were also covered with wisteria.

Seems a little odd that this side of the tree is almost completely covered with wisteria and the other side only has the blooms at the very top.
