Purim Celebration
We had our last lesson today from the book of Esther at our Ladies Bible Study Group. To celebrate Purim and the successful ending of our study, our teacher had us all at her home for a delicious lunch. Each lady brought a food item to exchange and after lunch we drew a number and then took the gift that matched our number. It was great fun and we all went home with a yummy goody. My gift was a big box of homemade peanut butter cookies and I was generous and shared them with Scott, Brian, and Christy. If you would like to know more about Purim, check out this site.
Scott and I went out for Chinese tonight with Mignon and Ashley. I have definitely had enough good food today. Mignon leaves tomorrow afternoon going back to Montana. She came the night before Ashley’s baby was born and has been here for almost three weeks. Really going to miss her.
