I Did It!!!
I did it! I made it to Curves today. However, I thought a couple of the machines that really worked the knees joints were going to do me in. When I left Curves I knew that I had had a workout. Had a couple of errands to run and then when I got home I just could not muster up the energy to get anything done. It did not help that it has been pouring rain nearly all day and it was so drab and dreary and I just wanted to crawl back in bed.
Brian did not go to work today for he is fighting a cold and Christy was also feeling under the weather. When Scott got home Christmas Eve night he was coughing and all stuffed up. He was feeling better when he left here going back to Fort Worth. Brian thinks he and Christy caught Scott’s cold. Fortunately I feel fine except for the hurting knees and feeling sleepy. I just looked up the side effects of Ibuprofen and it can cause drowsiness. Seems like anything that I can take for my arthritic knees either makes me tired or sleepy. I just can’t win.
The five small Christmas trees that I put up in my studio are still up but they will come down tomorrow. I have been waiting to take them down until I took a photograph and I finally did that tonight. Brian explained how to take a timed exposure with my camera so that the lights on the trees would show. It is nice to have him around to answer questions since I have no earthly idea where my instruction manual for the camera is hiding.
