First Sunday Of The New Year
The weather here in Louisiana is just as weird as in the rest of the country. This morning it was very warm for January and then tonight it was getting much cooler. Actually I prefer the cold, or at least cool, in January for we have more than our share of HOT during the spring, summer, and fall months.
Tomorrow I start back to Curves. May have to put a note on the bathroom mirror to remind myself since it has been so long since I have gone. I like to go a little before noon since it is usually not as crowded at that time. But that may have changed in the months since I was last there. Just hope that I will not have sore muscles tomorrow night. I need to remember to take my pain pills before I go.
Since I stopped taking the Arthrotec I have not been tired as I was when I was taking it. I have an appointment with my regular doctor in a couple of weeks and I am going to stop by the orthopedic doctor and see if there is something else I can try for Ibuprofen does not seem to be doing much good.
