Proud of Myself

Today I got up at a reasonable hour, meaning before nine in the morning, and got right to work sorting through the Christmas items. I ended up taking four huge bags to the thrift store. I still have more Christmas stuff than I really need and if anything that I have kept is not used next Christmas then it will be taken to the thrift store. I started out with fourteen very large, red, plastic containers filled with Christmas stuff and now I am down to three. A great deal of stuff went straight to the trashcan. I am really proud of myself tonight for during the past week I have sorted things in two rooms, tossed about fifteen bags of trash, and given probably about twenty- five huge bags of all kinds of items to the thrift store. A great big thank you goes to Scott for all his help and for getting me started. Now if I can just keep up the momentum I will be a happy woman. And when I am resting from sorting and tossing, I want to be sewing quilts for missions which will help me get rid of my fabric stash.
