Proud Mom

This morning at church Scott decided to go in my Sunday school class, which is the senior adult class. Of course most of the members of the class have grandsons older than he but they all seem to enjoy having him in the class. This was not his first time to visit the class. It adds some youth for all us oldies. Then in church when it was time for the prayer before the offering was taken, the pastor asked Scott to pray. I must say it was the most beautiful prayer I have ever heard. And I am not saying that just because he is my son. A dear friend of mine was talking with him after church and she also mentioned the beauty of the prayer. I had tears in my eyes when he was finished.

When Scott and I got home from church, Brian was just getting out of the shower and he wanted to know if we had already had lunch. Scott told him no that we came by to get him and Christy and that I was treating them to lunch. Christy was not feeling well so she did not go with us to Applebee’s where we  had a great lunch.  However, we did not forget about Christy for we picked up lunch to go for her.

I have not been as tired today since I have not had an Arthrotec pill since noon yesterday. And best of all my vision has already improved. When we were at the restaurant I was able to read the menu without my reading glasses. No more Arthrotec for me.
