Yesterday I did not get up until about ten but then after lunch I finally got busy on getting books put onto my web site. When I stopped working late in the evening I realized that I had gotten thirty books listed. If I would do that every day then I would be finished in two to three weeks. But then today I diddled around and did not get even a dozen listed. Did not get any sewing done either and Sunday is fast approaching when I need to have the quilt finished. I have about decided that I suffer from chronic laziness. :O) Granted, today it was a few minutes after noon before I got up. I did not take any pain medicine yesterday and last night I could not get to sleep due to the pain in my right knee. I had decided that I would see how I did without the medicine for I hate taking medicines. Today I started back taking the Ibuprofen. I am out of Tylenol and don’t want to buy anymore for I have a doctor’s appointment in a couple of weeks and going to see if there is a prescription medicine that hopefully will help. The narcotic that the doctor gave me when I dislocated my shoulder helped and may ask him for that. Hey with the pain in my knees these days about all I can think of is give me the drugs. :O) Probably the best thing to do is to get serious about Curves and exercise the knees. They were feeling better and then I did not go for over a month and now I am feeling the results.
