Bible Study Morning

Well I did not make it up this morning by eight as I had planned but I was up by eight forty-five and at least that is better than noon. Bible study was very enjoyable and enlightening. After the study was over we all adjourned to Renee’s for a delicious luncheon and lots of good fellowship. When I left the luncheon I had to go to the pharmacy to pick up my cholesterol and blood pressure medicines. I was shocked when I was told the price for I had forgotten that I have to pay the deductible before I really get the good prices. I just now looked at my receipt and for the cholesterol medicine that was $147.11 I only paid $3.04 so guess I have no right no complain about the blood pressure medicine that was $77.88 and I paid $57.34. Next time the two should only be a little over twelve dollars. Thank the Lord for Humana and Plan D.

I spent the rest of the afternoon going to the Jonesboro Library and then to the Ruston Library. For some reason I was very tired so I just stopped by Taco Bell and had a quick supper. Had my bed been warm when I got home a few minutes after seven I would probably have just crawled in bed. Instead, I turned on the electric blanket and then sat down at the computer and read and answered some emails.

It is now almost nine thirty and I am still tired so I am going to bed and listen to a new book on tape until I fall asleep. Going to try again to get up at eight tomorrow morning. I keep forgetting that I have a quilt that needs to be finished by Sunday and that should be my project for tomorrow. Going to put it out on the sewing machine desk so I will see it tomorrow morning when I come into my studio and will remember that it needs to be finished . Out of sight is out of mind for me.

Wow your medications are expensive. Thank goodness for our natinal health. Each medication on a prescription would be £6.50 but if you need lots then can pay £90 for a year which covers everything. Then of course when I turned 60 all medication became free,
