‘Twas The Day After Christmas
Today was another lazy day. At least today when I got up about noon, Scott did not ask for pancakes but wanted chicken salad in puffs instead. That was easy for had leftovers. This afternoon I made a big pot of chicken and sausage gumbo and Brian came over to join us for supper. Christy did not come for she was under the weather and also she does not like gumbo.
Since I was doing so much sewing before Christmas, emails from all my groups just kept coming in and I was not getting them read. Spent a good bit of time today trying to get through all of them. I do not read all but do a lot of quick skimming and deleting. Still have thousands to go through. Tomorrow I might just stop with the reading and do a complete delete and then start over.
I am so sleepy that I am about to fall asleep at the computer so I am off to bed. Think Scott and Brian have something planned for tomorrow. Brian decided to take the week off since nearly everyone in the office is taking vacation. He had planned to work and save his vacation for the summer but tonight he said he changed his mind. Guess men can change their minds the same as women. :O) And he probably wants to spend as much time as possible with Scott.
