Went to bed at three this morning and was still awake at seven. Finally fell asleep after seven and woke up at nine. Got up and told Scott that he was on his own for breakfast for I had to have some more sleep. Went back to bed and finally got up a few minutes after noon.
After having some breakfast I began sewing and got quite a bit done. I should be able to finish up in about three or four hours tomorrow. Scott and Brian were thinking of doing something but then they decided that Brian and Christy would come over and that Scott would make chili for supper. That was great for then I would not have to cook. I did end up baking a cake for dessert. Unfortunately dear old mom ended up doing the clean up. I would have finished my sewing tonight but had to put away so that Christy would not see it.
Right now the three of them are playing some card game but I begged off for just too tired to concentrate and I wanted to write something for this blog. :O)
I decided that since Brian and Christy were here they could take some of the food home with them and Scott and I would have less to take over on Christmas Eve. Bless her heart, Christy even offered to make the German chocolate cake and I quickly accepted the offer.
I am too tired and sleepy to think so I am off to bed.
