Today was my third therapy session and it was much easier. After I did all the exercises with the exercise specialist, the physical therapist did some exercises with me. He gave me the rod and I was only able to do twenty-four of the exercises this time. I think the reason I could not do the last six was because my arm was already tired and sore from all the other exercises.
Tonight was the annual Christmas dinner at church and as always it was a great meal with lots of good fellowship. The really nice thing is that the senior citizens get to be first in line. Age does have advantages some times. :O) There is a caterer who makes a chocolate cake with a frosting that is the best I have ever tasted. I was so happy that she was the caterer tonight. I have thought about buying a cake from her and so tonight I asked her the size of the smallest cake she makes and the cost. She told me it was a nine inch cake and cost twenty dollars. From all my years of making cakes to sell I know it is worth that but will not be buying one anytime soon. I know how to make the frosting so will just make my own cake for a lot less money.
