From the small blow-ups it did not look like they did anything more to their printed patches. If I were going to do anything to the block I would put some ribbon leaves with the flower in the royal blue patch and maybe a little something where the ribbon doesn't quite meet the corner in that same patch. The turquoise patch makes it sing. I wish I could see the design on it better. I agree, I think the black block is just perfect the way it is and anything more would be overkill.
